Who We Are
Exodus Transitional Home is a 501©3 state approved non-profit faith-based residential transitional home for men being released from incarceration. Exodus home gives a safe place for residents to grow spiritually, socially, mentally and financially. Exodus relieves the need for those seeking placement upon release, fosters independence, accountability and encourages residents to reunite with their families. Exodus reacclimates our residents to the community to be productive citizens which discourages repeated improprieties.

Vision
Our vision is to establish temporary residential transitional housing for individuals that are being released from incarceration by providing a safe and stable environment. Exodus Home will relieve the need for placement for those imprisoned that may have no other place to go for a 3-to-12-month timeframe. Exodus will provide a well-rounded temporary housing option where inmates will be able to grow spiritually, socially emotionally and financially. Our goal is to promote restoration of inmates who will become an asset to the community and become productive citizens.

Why We Are Here
1. To provide transitional housing in a spiritually sound, safe, stable, drug-free environment for men released from incarceration for a 3 to 12-month period.
2. Promote unity and service through community activities that encourage oneness as they interact with one another teaching accountability, communication and life skills.
3. To teach responsibility and time management with skill developed with structured timelines for daily activities.
4. To promote spiritual growth and guidance with weekly bible studies, worship services and spiritual mentorship.
5. Promote Reunification of families with counseling services for the resident, his spouse and child(ren).
6. Evaluate everyone for emotional and mental support with individual analysis offered by partnering certified counselors, promoting emotional healing and mental health.
7. Equip residents with life skills in housekeeping, budgeting, self-development, effective communication, job-training for employment readiness, personal stability.
8. Implement rules and regulation incompliance with city and state regulations. Violators will be reported to the parole board for evaluation.

DONATATIONS ARE WELCOME
Exodus Transitional Home is in need of community partners that will contribute to assist with the reconstruction of our home. Our home is need of replacement windows and lumber, paint, and materials, finished wood items, updated shower units, face bowl and commodes. This is in conjunction with monetary needs to sustain daily operations. These and all in-kind donations will have tax-deductible benefits with a letter of receipt for donation credit.
